Green Lotus Salon & Wellness

"I sincerely loved green lotus and was very appreciative of their “green” approach. I have been going to Greg for 1+ years to cover up my gray. While, I do love them, them having no receptionist, not answering any calls during working hours and taking three days to respond to voicemails is very inconvenient as a customer. On June 20 I had a hair appointment that I mistakenly put in my calendar for a day later. When Greg called me at 3:15 I had just stepped out into my yard and didn’t get the call as I was getting my mail, and came back into a voicemail Voicemail to Greg asking me if I missed my appointment was OK I immediately called back to the salon ( at 3:17) and went immediately voicemail. I was literally 1 mile from the salon and was willing to come down. This is when I remembered the salon has no receptionist to answer the phone during working hours of the day and they work off voicemails - which they will return within 72 hours (this was updated after my 3 voicemails I left, hearing this today when I called to cancel my appointment. ) When Greg calls me back at 3:30 I had let him know that it was my mistake and I apologized. I rescheduled my appointment for the soonest one he had available, never being told I would be charged at all, let alone for the whole appointment. After coming there for a year, every 4-6 weeks religiously, I would have expected more clear communication from them. On June 21st I woke up to a charge for $95. I called in for them to explain this to me as I have never made an appointment online or on the app (where the policy is posted) and always have done it in person at the end of each appointment. I wasn’t aware they were going to tag me as a no-show and charge me for a full price - completely understanding I would likely be charged a deposit. I could understand getting charged for half the service, but not for the entire $95 service. This is obviously not posted anywhere clear because in a year I never read that term of agreement. Unfortunately, having my calls go un-answered forced my hand into calling back and canceling the appointment I had rescheduled. Especially me asking them to please call me back to give me the credit card on file to which they only canceled my appointment and ignored the phone call again. Unfortunately, the salon is not great with customer service and while their Products are amazing, customer service is what we ultimately go to a salon for. I wish them all the best and hope that they re-visit this policy with their long-term clients clients."

"I’ve been going to this salon for years. It’s such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The only salon I will go to. The staff are wonderful, Kristy is my hair stylist and she is amazing. She takes her time with you, listens to everything you say and is very knowledgable. I recently had a facial with her and it was amazing! Best facial I’ve ever had. She always does a 10/10 job and she’s very personable and accommodates well. It’s really an awesome place and you’ll walk out feeling like a million bucks. They also use/sell top of the line products and overall it’s a really great experience going here. Thank you guys!"

"This was my first time receiving services from Green Lotus Salon and Wellness. The salon was beautiful and has such a comfortable, welcoming, relaxing energy. I love the products that they offer, I love a holistic approach. The salon is clean and organized. The hospitality was on point with a beverage, easy check in, and prompt service. I worked with Kristy. She is so sweet and down to earth. She listened to how I work with my hair day to day, what I was looking for in a new style, and made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. She was educated and so informative on how to care for my hair type and scalp as well as adding in suggestions and giving me choices. I didn't feel pressured in any way, I still felt like I had autonomy over my hair, but welcomed her expertise. My hair feels great and I have found my new permanent salon. The price is affordable and there were no surprises! I highly recommend!"

"I love Green Lotus! I've seen Kristy for hair-styling/cut and Delilah for eyebrow waxing/shaping, They are both very nice, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcomed and relaxed. This is especially important to me as a trans woman because there are not many places I can go where I feel comfortable or respected. I always leave Green Lotus feeling confident, pretty, and happy! It's such a calm and professional environment. Highly recommended if you like feeling pampered!"
