"I’ve been going to Jeanette for about a year. She is the best at what she does! For context, I’m a Black woman with natural hair (curly/coily). My hair texture is different from her typical clientele. I’ve had my hair trimmed and cut (big chop) a number of times over the 12 years that I’ve been natural. Jeanette is the ONLY stylist I’ve ever been to, that trims and cuts my hair in its natural state. The shape of my fro is always super cute and she continues to shape it as it grows back out. I deeply appreciate her willingness to work with me and to learn my hair type, and applying her knowledge and expertise to caring for my hair. For instance, the products she used during my first visit made my hair crunchy which I told her a few days after. She did research and switched the products for my next visit. They worked perfectly! Yesterday, she asked what I wanted (again, working with me as a client!) and blew my hair out and straightened it. I love how it turned out. Additionally, the salon is beautiful, clean, and such a relaxing environment. Jeanette is warm, personable, and professional! I would recommend her services."
