"I am not good at hair, never have been. It never looked the way I wanted it to, no matter what I tried. Until now. I booked an appointment with Jamie back in August and have been to see her twice since. When I booked the appointment I wrote my usual speech about not wanting anything special-- I don't like to take time on my hair, give me an easy wash and ready cut that flatters my face, etc. Jamie changed my mind about my hair completely. She showed me that I in fact have curls. She took the time in that appointment to show me how to properly care for my hair and how to style it in a way that is super easy and wicked cute. In that appointment Jamie had unlimited patience for my questions and even had me practice while she helped me get it right. My additional appointments since then have all been awesome too. I had been to Puffer's before for some services (for weddings) and have always found the services to be stellar. However, I am so glad that I booked with Jamie. She's magic with hair!"

Excellent atmosphere. Awesome massage. Couldn't be happier! There are cheaper massages in the area....but, you won't be disappointed at Puffers!!"
