"Avoid at all costs. I went in August for a full hilite/haircut as a new client of Grady's. I left with the entire bottom back layer of my hair and pieces in the front completely chemically cut down to half an inch. Literally. Its 6 months later and my hair is super thin because a good percentage of my hair is only 4 or 5 inches compared to the rest of my hair, which looks insane. The owner refunded me eventually. After reflecting on this 6 months later, I should have sued in small claims court for the irreparable damage done to my hair. Don't take any chances if you care at all about the appearance and health of your hair."
