"Just had a hair color and bang trim by Jordan from a recommendation from a friend. I came in with a picture of exactly what I wanted and she made it even better than I even imagined. I’m very difficult with my bangs and have had a lot of issues with stylists in the past but she really listened to me and made she she did them perfectly. And the color came out so great and didn’t damage my hair at all. I for compliments all day. I highly recommend this place and especially using Jordan. She’s the best stylist I’ve ever had. "I had Jaelene from The Hair Loft of Avon do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She was absolutely a dream to work with! Not only was she amazingly talented, but she is also very personable, friendly, and helped me feel at ease on my big day. I would recommend her to anyone for their big day! She did my hair and makeup, my maid of honors hair and makeup, my grandmothers makeup, and my moms makeup. Overall, would recommend!"

"The salon manager/one front office staff could be little more courteous with customers. I had my first appointment today. Unfortunately my little one fell ill last night and I couldn't call early and cancel. She called and charged me the whole price for reschedule/no show. I didn't want to penalize their business but still people can be more empathetic. I called back and gave my payment confirmation. The other front desk lady was little more empathetic and felt sorry for my situation. They might be good in business but it all comes down to how you treat customers. I didn't want to reschedule my appointment after this and wouldn't recommend this to my friends. Thankfully there are very good hair salons where customers are spoken to very nicely."
