"The one thing I regret on my wedding day would be not scheduling the trail for makeup and hair prior to officially booking. I hated my hair and make-up, unfortunately... I will start by saying Paige, the owner, was fantastic in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was honestly amazing. The downside was that I explained to both Anela and Ainabetse what I was looking for, and I'm not sure they listened because I ended up with the complete opposite. I wanted a very natural/glowy look as I saw on the website/review photos, which is what initially won me over. I ended up with a ton of make-up, which I ended up having to remove in the bathroom, and the hair was just awful. A ton of Hairspray and pins and not much effort in making the hair look neat (very sloppy looking and that was for all of the wedding party).. it was a nightmare, but I refused to let it ruin the day and just went with it.. looking back til this day at our wedding photos, it angers me that I allowed it. A huge regret! Again, I do take some of the blame as well for not doing the trail.. Please be sure to do so..."

"I booked getting my makeup done for my baby shower months in advance. When I showed up to my appointment, the artist was not there. I was told to wait 1 hour and she will be there due to a “glitch in the system”- they somehow skipped over my appointment. I was told the normal scheduler who confirms things was on vacation the week prior, although I still received muliple text and email confirmations. If you’ve ever had a big event before, this is extremely stressful to have all unfold. I had to call my husband (who had to leave his plans) to bring my dress to the venue. I had to get dressed in the bathroom of a restaurant. I had family out of town visiting and missed breakfast with them, and was late to my own baby shower. I was so so upset. Other points: -When booking the service, it was 1 hour and 15 mins. I was done at 40 minutes. To this the owner said that makeup time varies and it doesn’t always take the full time. As a customer, that’s a 35 minute difference and I do feel it showed in my makeup (all of it came off except my eyelashes). I’ve gotten my makeup done plenty of times and never been done that early, if ever. -I specifically booked this place because they had airbrush makeup. The service is literally called “airbrush makeup” that I paid for. The makeup artist said the machine was broken when I got there (after I asked her). The owner said that’s not true and she’s not sure why the artist said that. Either way, I did not get airbrush makeup as advertised and booked, which was such a disappointment. -My mom ended up calling the owner because she saw how upset I was and explained the service really should be comped from a customer service perspective, and due to not receiving the airbrush service that I paid for. When I spoke with the owner afterwards, she asked me why I would get a service done if I wanted it to be free. The owner said she won’t refund me but that I could take it up with my bank, and that she’ll send me a gift card. She also said that the make up girls get 50% commission so she wouldn’t comp it, due to having to pay the artists with my money. Again, from a business and customer service perspective- I would’ve just taken the hit so a customer doesn’t have such a bad taste in their mouth. I told the owner I would be writing a review online explaining my experience (very calmly and matter of fact, like this review now) and then the owner asked if I was threatening her business. I give a star for the artist herself because this all wasn’t her fault. I was extremely upset with the quality of makeup, lack of quality in the service (air brush makeup and a service that used the full time) as well as the scheduling issue and having to wait one hour on a really big day for me. I was so pregnant and cried for that full hour while in the waiting room. It really was so upsetting and stressful. I waited until months after I had my baby to write this review so it wasn’t just my emotions talking, but I still feel the exact same. I’ve never left a negative review for any business before. I told the owner there is no bad blood. I just found the whole interaction with her unprofessional, same with the service. So I’d be careful because this experience ruined a truly special day for me."

"I can’t say enough good things about how my hair and make-up came out for my wedding day. I had my hair done by Anela and my make-up done by Hafsa. Both women were extremely nice and did such an amazing job! They made me feel beautiful and special for my big day!"

"Meredith was the best lash tech anyone could’ve ever wanted. Her energy was great & she was very fun to talk to. Even though it was my first eyelash extension experience she made me feel like I’ve been going there for years. Although my eyes would not stop watering from allergies and I had to use the bathroom halfway though my session, she still had great energy and patience with me. Cannot wait for my fill in 2 weeks!"
