"Very unprofessional. Made an appointment. Day of called to see if I could come in early. Owner said yes. Drove to the location and on my way in owner calls and says come in two hours. Whoever didn’t show for their appt came 50 mins late and she took her and her friend ahead of me. Don’t waste your time or money here."

"I wouldn’t even give them one star but it won’t let me give them no star. I made an apt for a Brazilian was which gave me much anxiety- I called multiple times with questions which they answered. The day comes and we are still full of anxiety- drive an hour. Get there and the door is locked. Call the number and the man screams at me that he has a family emergency. He never lets me speak, continues to cut me off- I asked why we couldn’t have recieved a phone call or even a simple sign on the door as we just drove an hour he continued to scream he had a family emergency. Owner or who ever holds that phone is rude and should be ashamed of himself. Let the customer speak. They pay you. Regardless I told him we wanted refunds- he bartered to reschedule. No. Not unless he plans to come to my house and do the wax at my house. All in all this place is a scam- the man running it is a scam- it’s shocking they still have a store front. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place is out of business within the week. HORRIBLE."
