Sea Shell Motel

"I stayed for one week the receptionist was so rude I informed the owner whoms response was to literally scream at me as opposed to apologizing for poor customer service skills and reprimanding the employee. I was so upset I departed immediately and the deposit I paid was held in full she kept it and I stayed 3 less days than I was supposed to! Also there were fruit flies everywhere. I would never recommend this place!.. furthermore the westerly police told me I should dispute the payment with my bank or take her to court! AWFUL and very unprofessional"

"I get no frills and I appreciate that. The owner was super nice and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend that housekeeping start to clean the filters in the AC unit. I cleaned mine right away and I think it was the first time in many years. Beds were comfy but the pillows were flat. Had what we needed."

"On two different occasions I met Tom and Debbie. They are good hearted people. They went out of their way to make your stay is fun! My husband and I loved the Sea Shell. We had a great time using kayaks, went clamming in the pond behind hotel. They have a wonderful outdoor shower and also hose to clean outside. There is a grill to cook.The vacationers were very nice enjoying outdoors. There are canoes too."

"Very cute motel! We got moved to the beach ball across the street which was nice! The little dock and yard behind sea shell is adorable. The staff were very very sweet. We unfortunately had to shorten our stay but would choose this hotel again!"
