The doctors and nurses spent ample time with me discussing treatment options and at home care. "Had to take a friend's dog (who happens to work in another veterinary hospital but was away) here, and they saw him right away. They were very nice people and were very understanding of my situation (I was like a deer in the headlights). I was there for a few hours but that's to be expected. They kept me informed, and the owner informed and gave the dog his medications after treating him there. I can't speak for overnight or kenneling, but they were very helpful with the emergency and same day turn-around."

"I’ve taken my dog here twice. Once for kennel cough and most recently for a corneal ulcer. The staff is great. The most recent visit was the weekend of Christmas and we were told it would be a two hour wait. We could not go in with our dog but when he went with the vet tech he was wagging his tail which made us feel better about leaving him for two hours, knowing he wasn’t scared.
