CVS Pharmacy

"Worst pharmacy ever! Fraudulent company. How are they going to tell me I picked up my prescription when i returned it right after they gave it to me because it wasn’t the correct order. When i gave it back, they said they were going to call my doctor and get me the right one and it’s been almost two weeks going back and forth. Now apparently my insurance says it’s too early to refill when I didn’t even get it."

"After almost 2 weeks trying to fill the new prescription that my doctor believes will finally give me the relief I've been searching for, for over 2 years I became so discouraged because not one of the 10 different major pharmacies I contacted had it in stock nor any idea if it would ever become available. When I contacted the Trumbull Mall CVS they understood my frustration and took the extra couple of minutes to check other CVS locations until they found one that carried my new medication. I was SO grateful to finally reach someone who actually cared enough to help me find a pharmacy to fill my new prescription even though it wasn't their store."

"The person at the front desk was very nice and went well out of her way to help with a prescription issue. Turns out the prescription issue was the temp/fill in pharmacist that day. The prescription was received by the pharmacy at 11:00 but wasn’t acknowledged until we got there and said something about it at around 17:45. The person at the front desk was genuinely helpful and the pharmacist had a permanent scowl on her face."

"I didn’t want to give any stars at all. I’be always wondered why this pharmacy is not set up on the automated system which is what I’m used to with every CVS I’ve been registered with. I never get a call when my script is ready nor a reminder. Not to mention, they did not have the medication my doctor called on once. I came to the store the first day only to be told it would be in the next day. Well, when I returned the next day, they still did not have it. I ended up having to go to another CVS location. Fast forward to today. I came in thinking I could pick up a script my doctor called last month, but was told it wasn’t here (location). I called my doc’s office. They tried calling CVS, but was on hold for 40 minutes. I’m here waiting again now to see if my prescription is in."
