"2 stars for the friendly worked but in this day and age it's sad they still sell puppies in the window, I had just got done at the shelter down the street preparing to adopt a 12 year old dog and then I see these over priced doodles in here it was very upsetting. I have nothing against ethnically bred dogs but this is a puppy mill bred dog as most pet stores are USDA licensed means nothing and any knowledgeable animal person know that they are in fact still mills. Very upsetting to see dogs down the street at spca needing homes and you guys selling puppies"

"I'm very disappointed to find that there are still pet shops who sell pets from breeders with the countless precious fur babies that are in shelters waiting for a loving home. They advertise selling 'high quality pets' but in my eyes all animals are high quality. This sickens me & absolutely breaks my heart. Please, if you're going to have a business where you're aiming to support animals & their families, ...rescue shelter animals. Work with local shelters & animal rescues. #adoptdontshop"

"When we walked in we were instantly greeted by Emily who was very nice and friendly. There were some questions about the history of the dogs and she gave us all of the information which is available for anyone who wants to learn about any dog that is purchased there. She also informed us that all shots were up to date and are always kept up to date. The store is very spacious and it has a lot of different sections there including dog washing stations and a lot of different things you can get for your pet. I took a lot of different photos for you to see. I highly recommend this place for anyone.We went the next day to pick up the dog and Caroline was very pleasant to deal with and was very helpful in getting us what we needed."

"I actually disagree with the reviews left here. I highly recommend this place! I have been in here many times, and bought a puppy from here as well. I think the staff and owner are extremely helpful and go above and beyond personally. After going to several pet stores, the prices you can’t beat. Yes, the dogs are in wood chips like what they used for rabbits, but that didn’t bother me. There are water bottles, and the bowls are always empty with puppies! They also are on feeding schedules just like many baby animals. I think Tara and her staff are AWESOME!"

"Was excited to see a new pet store in this location, as my dog has allergies and needs to be bathed quite often. Always brought him to this location as it was always clean and friendly staff. Apparently not anymore. I specifically asked if they supplied the shampoo and was told yes. When I got him in the tub the shampoo and conditioner were empty. When i asked if they had the anti itch shampoo was told that I would have to buy it, even though there was an empty bottle in the trash. They charge $5/more then anyone else and I paid over $40 for shampoo and conditioner. I wash my dog at least twice a month and I will NEVER go there again and will tell everyone else not to. Really lousy customer service, can only imagine what they do to the dogs. If I could give a zero I would."
