"I brought my puppy to the Stratford location on Saturday March 14th only to be turned away at 4:45pm. They didn't even tell me to go to Milford the next day. So I went on Sunday to the Milford location. I signed in and was told it was a 2 1/2hr wait. I waited came back a only to be told they texted me and the vet left. I never received a text. Very rude"
"What an awful experience with the pet clinic on Saturday April 27. I'm not sure who is at fault, but there was no organization whatsoever! All i know is we were there for over 2 hours for no good reason."
