"My Salem kitty was my heart. Things went wrong very fast and out of the blue. Having to take him anywhere to let him go seemed impossible. Dr. Chris and her staff were incredible. They saw my broken heart and treated my Salem and I with such tenderness and kindness. Salem mattered to them, too. I had Salem cremated and had a pawprint put in clay. Bonnie did Salem's print and did such a beautiful and lovely job. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for treating Salem with such a gentle hand and heart from the beginning to the very end when I came back to get his ashes. It all means more to this broken heart than you could ever know."
"Non-caring ,dishonest , incompetent, greedy, far from the best in Ct . I was greeted with a non friendly come-on let's go. My dog feared the scale , tech grabs lead and attempts to pull dog with excessive force to make go on scale , very unprofessional handler whom lacks abilities to treat animals with care..As far as reproductive services, vet will use every excuse on earth , why your dog is not pregnant , they do a great job at taking clients money . My best advice is stay clear of this place !"
"I did a google search and happened to call this animal hospital first and I can only say it turned out to be the best decision. DRAH is such a wonderful place and has been so good to me and my Chelsea. They are nice, courteous, respectful, professional, understanding, and prompt. Every encounter, whether on the phone or in person has been a very pleasant one. And most of all they are very caring and gentle towards my dogs. I'm very grateful to have found them."
"Dr. Chris and all members of her team are , helpful, and wonderfully considerate of taking great care for Chloe my dog . The facility is clean, cheerful and comfortable - the professional and compassionate care they offer is incredible. I'm glad I found them ! Highly recommended.."
"Worse place to go to if you have a large breed dog. Donβt know how to handle big dogs. The vet herself not very personable and is very snotty. My first impression of her was the last one. Would never bring my dogs back to her. Very rude and judge mental. Not very comforting or cannot ask one question without being reprimanded."
