"I completely understand why this location has the 2.1 Stars. Cashier behind the counter was very rude and not helpful, she had long dark hair. Very dismissive and then when I asked for a customer service phone number she gave me the wrong phone number. There was no one behind me she could have taken 2 minutes to explain that I wasn't overcharged, instead she was dismissive act like she didn't give a s***. Walgreens you need to do a better job of training your employees."

"I had an emergency very far from home and its ppurong ice rain today- i called this specific Walgreens to make sure I can pick up a Western Union which I was told Yes. It took me 2 hrs to make a 45 min walk bc of the weather.And the manager in the photot dept. Was very rude and insisted that not only did they not have $60 to accommodate my western union but very loudly told me u was lieing and that nobody there would have said they do western union even tho my sister specifies been there for that purpose before It was so very embarrassing and wasted so much time and it's cold and raining- I don't undesirable why she was so angry and rude"

"The problem is the pharmacy isn't open on weekends and close by 6 during the week. Scripts r never ready even after 2 days of calling in the refill. Switched to CVS and it's like day and night. They r busier then Walgreens but do Alot better job"

"I called 2 days before we came to walgreens, to schedule appointments (Nov 2021) for my booster vaccine and my kids flu shot. They put me on hold for half an hour on the FOURTH call I made. After a few minutes, I got a text saying "your appointment is approved and scheduled for 5:30pm." I chose this location, despite its 2.2 star rating, and when I went in for the appointment, they said their pharmacy was already CLOSED! What's worst is that they didn't do anything to help their customer's situation! They said they couldn't call other walgreens for an appointment! It felt like the employees there did not care about anything much! Makes me wonder if they are being trained, or if they are being mistreated by their leadership!"

"Terrible pharmacy. I went to get my meds today and they were closed even though the website said they were open. I was there at 11am .Went to the drive thru. No one on duty and then went in and there was a sign to go to new Britain.the young man at the front said there was a staffing problem. Ridiculous. Many customers upset. . Since my prescription was half filled Walgreens in new Britain and Bristol could not give me my partial prescription because of insurance. Would suggest they take a management lesson from CVS. A woman whose son needed meds for her child was hysterical. Not funny and Walgreens bears responsibility for failure to take care of there customers no less on a Saturday.. walgreens start paying these people $20.00 an hour you are making billions. There is no reasonable moral explanation for this to happen. Will contact consumer affairs so this does not ever happen again. Disgraceful."
