The doctors office was not responding to his and my requests for refills.insurance would not take generic...medications were expensive..he assisted on the best way possible..making suggestions ..etc.. I even conferenced call the on call doctor with him on phone..Pharmacist Joe was able to solve the issue with insurance..and to rectify what the doctors office was doing wrong...Thankyou Joe.."
