"I started getting my prescriptions from the CVS on Queen Street because it was closer. I did not like the customer service at the pharmacy because they always ( with the exception of one person who is not always there) make me feel like I’m not a human being. They were rude and condescending and especially the younger ones talked down to me. I also noticed that I was treated differently from customers who didn’t look like me but more like them. After they sent me to the CVS on Durant to see if they have my medication in stock, I realized that CVS is not all the same in CT. I love picking up my medication at Durant, even though it’s farther away from my home. The pharmacy staff is always polite and treats me with dignity and respect. They always try to help me if I have a problem, without making me feel like I’m a burden or stupid. Thank you Durant Ave., Bethel."
"Target Bethel was closed unexpectedly, I called CVS Bethel and my prescription was filled within the hour. So thankful!"
"I was second at the drive-up window. \n Someone came after me going to lane 2 and was served before me. That car purposely cut the line and knew I was there before them. The cashier didn't know anything about it because your windows are outdated. There should be something done to prevent this. Connecticut people are rude and self entitled."
"When the mail-order portion of the pharmacy totally messed up getting my prescription to me in a timely fashion, Debbie Isabella of the pharmacy at CVS in Bethel, CT, just before closing time on a Friday night, managed to fight through all the red tape I'd encountered and get the necessary medication into my hands. She carries on the finest tradition of pharmacists being part of your health care team, not just a person in a store where you pick up your medicine."
"Great staff!"
