"We try to support local business as much as possible. We have no complaints about the food, it taste good, fairly priced but the service is just not good. We placed a take out order at 4:20 p.m. waited till 4:50 p.m. to go and pick up, food was not ready, we received it at 5:10 p.m. order was not started until we walked in to pick it up so what's the point of ordering ahead. This is not a one time thing this is an all the time thing. If they were slammed I would be understanding but when you walk in and they are on their phones and your food isn't ready, that's not a case of being busy."
