"The rooms are acceptable for some. That is the reason people have choices. The rooms look good for the price. The first look inside isn't always the real ones inside. It looks deceiving but inside the rooms is a different subject. From afar, it looks good. Up close, it looks ugly for some, but inside of it, it is acceptable for the price. I didn't say decent. I didn't post pictures of the place. See it yourselves."

"Location is ok. This hotel is located in far end of a shopping center. The highway is on one side and railroad tracks are on the other side. Customer service is awful. The staff is rude and very unprofessional.The room (142) that was offered to me was dated, dirty carpet, peeling paints, stained sheets and constant noise throughout the night. The continental breakfast they advertised was almost nonexistent. I will definitely reach out to the Health Department of Rockland County to pay a visit to this facility."

"Disgusting is an understatement. Horrible place. Dirty. Cigarettes and weed smell. No service at all. People were banging on doors all night. 4:30 am the trains start driving and blowing their horns. My door looked like it was broken open with a Kroeber. It felt really unsafe. I found someone’s finger nails near the Tv. Let’s just say I was very happy as soon as I stepped out of this hotel."

"We've stayed here before because of location. The beds and rooms could use updating. Obviously it's not a horrible place to stay as We've stayed before. The hotels were booked due to military West Point game. We had a family last minute emergency."

"Don't make the same mistake I did. Read the reviews! This hotel was conveniently located right behind a target. Upon walking in there was a couple requesting a room change because thir room smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire hotel had a smokey, mildewy, damp kind of smell. We checked in and we weren't given anything to sign. Just given the key and went right up to the room. From the hallway, I could see into the room. The door looked like it had been pried open before and random in the hallway could peer right into the room.This next part needs a trigger warning: the ceiling and walls in the corner of the room looked like they had been patched up after a suicide attempt. The curtains and carpet had red stains on them as well as the night stand. I was woken up at 3am to people arguing in the hotel hallway. I went downstairs and was met with another guest crying about being eaten alive by bed bugs. She showed me her legs and the blood. She was told that the front desk would call the cops on her if she didn't stop telling people she had bed bugs. I stepped outside for a bit of air and realized that all of the doors to the hotel are wide open at night and you don't need a key to get into the side and rear entrances. At this point, I realized that I had never read the reviews of this place and if I had, I would have never booked here. We counted our blessings that we weren't bitten by anything, we weren't human trafficked or hurt in any way and just left as soon as we got up. It smelled, it was dangerous, it wasn't clean. Steer clear of this hotel."
