"Terrible! Has a serious mice infestation, water damage, animals living on roof & damaging structure. We have sent numerous complaints yet no resolution. I hate that we settled on this condo & will have a hard time selling. Shame on you Management for not maintaining good pest control, not making necessary repairs in a timely fashion & having moldy, smelly laundry rooms w/leaky washing machines. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Hoping to find a buyer so we can move out ASAP!!! Update: 10/12/2020 The rodent infestation is worse than ever as they are everywhere in our home, yet they are increasing maintenance fees! Update: 11/30/2020 We are still dealing w/mice despite keeping home clean & clutter free daily! Update: 03/28/2021 Police in the Complex now as of 8pm dealing w/Parking Issues. While we have designated parking spots & can purchase additional spots for $100/Month each, there are a few degenerates that feel entitled to park in other tenant's designated spots. Just a few weeks ago, the same tenant got into a disagreement over others using his parking spot. I don't comprehend why we no longer have Security on the premises to resolve these issues, yet our fees are exponentially growing despite Pandemic. BTW, the rodent infestation has been resolved but we still have animals living on the roof & destroying it to the extent where we now have water damage everytime it rains/snows. YEP! I hate this place! Cannot wait to find a buyer & move tf out of this Hell Hole!!! This is exactly what I imagine life to be in The Ghetto!!! 12/12/2022 No adequate heating (we always had great heating in the winter) but fees have gone up. Even the basement which used to be the warmest part of the home is cold enough to store opened bottles of juice without spoiling. We have purchased electric blankets & heaters to keep warm."

"My Family and I have been here for almost 3yrs we have no issues no complaints here. The place is quite , kept clean, office staff is always on point! Friendly neighbors. As soon as you enter sneden from route 45 the place seems like you're somewhere else far away.."
