"Nice size suite with kitchen area. Loved that the bathroom was outside the bedroom. Bed was too soft for comfort. Typical continental breakfast offered."
"Good location in the city of White Plains, just a few blocks from the MetroNorth train station of the same name. Very clean rooms, loved my king 1 bed suite! Full kitchen, but expect to need to bring your own seasonings if you're cooking real meals, not just reheating stuff. It's well equipped for heating microwave ot oven baked prepared meals, though. Parking garage had plenty of parking available when I visited during the week. I will stay here again when in the area."
"I recently stayed here for a week for business and my suite was really nice. The room was huge and clean. It was within walking distance to restaurants, bars etc and close to the HPN airport. The water pressure in the shower was stellar! Great water temperature as well. The breakfast options were a bit limited but they did have the staple items. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful during my stay. My only complaint is that I did not have housekeeping clean my room at all however they did bring amenities and extra towels whenever I needed them so it wasn't a huge deal in the end. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and the room itself was great."
"The best thing about Residence Inn Westchester is that the rooms are really big, there is plenty of space in the living area and the bedroom as well. There are also two large closets to help keep things organized. It's really designed to be a home away from home for people who need to stay around the area for an extended period of time. The rooms come with most of what one we'll need to feel at home. Guests can cook, but need to take note that there's vent in the kitchen so there's a need to be mindful of what to cook otherwise the smell can linger for a bit. Gym facilities are good enough, several treadmills are available for use. The area around the hotel is perfect for a morning or afternoon jog. There's also a laundry area and pantry at the ground floor, the same with the other locations. Breakfast menu tend to be the same everyday, so that's the downside there. Housekeeping need to be scheduled a day before, which should be ok. Temperature controls in the room is really annoying."
"The hotel is not bad. But the front desk guy was annoying. When I arrived there, he just looked at me and said 'We don't have room now.' He must think that I was homeless because I got accident at that time and had many stuffs. So I told him 'I am not weird person. Do you think that I cannot pay?' He told me 'Let me see if we have rooms. Oh, it is available now.' And then, he charged me $360. It is ridicules. I needed a room at that time, so no option. But he was very rude and should learn what the customer service is. The room was not bad, but not worth as $360. It is old and no pool. Nothing. I had a bad experience by Marriott at the night and really feel bad still."
