"Slowest delivery I have ever seen, arrived with cold pizza, terrible. It's in door dash, but they don't use door dash driver so no idea when they will show up. Today, 30 minutes after door dash said it was due, all the food cold and a waste of my time. 90 minutes for a store 10 minutes away is sickening."
"If you want to pay made up prices for your food this is where to go. I bought a order of chicken tenders with fries and was charged a extra $2. I also go a 99cent can Arizona and was charged $1.85. I explained to the man my issue with this and he say I don’t make prices you want it or not. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time coming into this place."
"Our job use to order from here a lot before COVID. However, I haven't been here in a while, but decided to stop by for lunch last week spur of the moment. I wonder if owners have changed. There use to be a nice group of warm friendly staff that always made you feel welcome as soon as you walked in the door. Now you barely get a Hello, the kitchen area was a mess, sloppy with dirty pans everywhere in view. The very young looking guy behind the counter looked like he couldn't wait to get out of there but he was trying to engage with the customers, although he didn't wash his hands before handling pizza after counting cash. I only had a plain cheese slice of pizza, and it was good, but don't think I'll be back. Gerard's Pizza in Croton is much better and the staff is awesome."
"The food is great But I have a very big problem if I explain my order to the young kids on staff more than once, leave you my phone number for a pick up order if you didn’t understand me. You call back the person you don’t make them come into the restaurant joke about the fact that he didn’t understand and expect people to wait and pay full price for something that should be done already. Once again excellent food but your customer service is poor"
"Way way overpriced for not even serving certified organic ingredients. Not that GMO free ingredient should be overpriced. Try a $26.00 large pizza delivered including tax, a $1.00 delivery charge and tip. No pizza is worth this much In my experience most of these traditional restaurants get away with serving okay food because most people do not pay attention to what they eat."
