"My family and I order Chinese food 1 time a week. First time ordering from here and food was so disappointing. Dry, incredibly stale and definitely not even close to fresh. Owner was so rude! Will never order again, neither will any of our friends or family. Some advice to the ownership....if you make a mistake or have an unhappy customer, just make it right, arguing, telling them to drive half eaten food back or hanging up on them does nothing positive for your business. Best of luck! Your previous reviews show that there is obviously something wrong with what you are doing and your food so try take a hard look at your restaurant and make some changes. Will never order again."

"Food was old, stale and dry!! Almost every item we ordered was either lacking flavor or overcooked. I called the owner to let them know privately that we were disappointed with our order, she was so rude, told me to drive back my food and she would refund me. I explained that we ate half and I was shocked that she wanted me to pack up half eaten food and drive it back to her. I told her I was not interested in the money back, I was trying to be honesty about the food we received, and she hung up on me. Such a shame. Don't waste your money."

"Terrible! I placed an order for $50 worth of food. Spare ribs were incredibly dry and overcooked. Half chicken was not fresh, tasted old so dry and overcooked, as if it had been re-fried when we ordered it, very dark and dry. Wonton soup had no flavor. Fried rice was white in color which means it was lacking sauce, flavor. Dumplings were very doughy. Even the crispy noodles they throw in the bag were so stale and inedible. I called the restaurant directly to just let them know that this was our first time ordering and we were not happy with the food. I hate to leave reviews and I wanted to let them know the food quality was not on par with their competitors in the area. Women I was transferred to was so aggressive and mean about my honesty about her food, she told me to bring back the food. I told her I got a delivery and asked if she really wanted me to get in the car and drive back the half eaten food. She said if I ate it how can I complain and asked me what I wanted. I told her I didn't want money I was calling because I own a restaurant and I wanted to let her know that her food was very disappointing. She then hung up on me. Disgusting customer service, terrible food. China Ossining is MUCH BETTER. Shame they are closed Tuesdays, I will never make this mistake again. I tried to do the right thing, owner had every opportunity to make it right. Try China Ossining!"

"PLEASE READ (if you are considering ordering from here!!!!!) If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I recently purchased a large order totaling about $115 at this establishment. When my order was picked up it was in a box (which I was fine with being that it was a lot of food), upon getting home I noticed an order was missing so I did what anyone would do and called the establishment. During my call I spoke with the daughter or mother, I told her an order was missing but it was paid for she then told me verbatim “yes the order was paid for but we didn’t write it down”, so I then asked if they could deliver it & she acted as if she didn’t want to accommodate for their mistake… so I just decided to pick it up. I then asked her if I can change it to something else she told me yes & that it was the same price so I wouldn’t need to pay any difference. My boyfriend went to pick it up & she tried to tell him he has to pay for the order. He then called me and I explained to him everything she said to me, she then said she would give us back $13 for the difference of the missing order. She then printed the receipt and realized they charged us more than what we received because an order was missing. The mother then preceded to tell my boyfriend that we actually need to pay $123 instead of the $113. So now she is trying to charge us more for her mistake. I said to my boyfriend just to get the money back and forget the order. As he tried to the mother ignored him after asking for our money back several times. She then took her daughter and herself and walked in the back. They ended up taking extra money from us instead of owning up to their mistake and just making a simple fix. The mother was beyond rude, unprofessional and very dismissive. I would never order from here again. And to top it off the food we did receive was dry, our egg rolls were dark brown on the inside as if they were old. I’m very disgusted in this establishment and their morals."
