Papa Gino's

"I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 + years. So up until last month we never had a problem. Until my friend went in to get my large cheese pizza. When she brought it to me I went to eat and the pizza had air pockets all over it.and slightly toasted on top of them.so I couldn't even attempt to eat this.so I did say something to the girl manager.but nothing got done.but hopefully you do not get her.she has the worst disposition towards customers. I was spoken to like her enemy.needless to say I won't be going back there."

"Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond. Food was delicious and came out fast! We ordered 3 slices of pizza and a large garlic bead sticks. Yummy!"

"Not much to say about this place. Like most corporate entities they're not very good for their price. You will pay more money for a Papa Gino's pizza then you will for almost any other place in town. There's nothing special about it either. Employees are adequate and services okay but slow as hell sometimes Some of the longest wait times out of any place in town, only place I go to that has a 45 minute wait time. I've had to walk out and cancel delivery orders multiple times because they just can't get the food out in a timely manner. Doordashers regularly joke about how bad the wait time is at this location. There's like a dozen or so Mom and Pop pizza joints that you could order from and that you should order from instead of this location."

"So usually papa Gino's is great food. But when you find bugs in your food without ordering the extra protein, it puts a toll on anyone ever eating there again. The bug was found in my nephew's piece of pizza. Who's to say anyone else has eaten the extra protein packed in there. Just because planet fitness is next door doesn't mean you can give extra protein. They have supplements for that. China really is taking over and through the food industry. Slipping in their food to think we have no clue. Think again papa Gino's. I will always order local. Not food chains. Re think your quality control and don't be surprised if *cough cough* board of health is knocking on your door and shutting you down."
