"Got pai tai chicken to go. i got food poisoning with diarrhea and throwing up right after eating it and running to the bathroom all night. I brought it back what was left the next day and they wouldn't reimburse me plus they had a nasty attitude"

"Eastern Pearl in Webster, MA hands down has some of the best Asian /Chinese cuisine. They offer great tasting sushi, pupu platter is amazing, Their house rice is a meal on its own. Due to the house rice has chicken, pork (from boneless spareribs), egg, shrimp, peas, carrots, onions (it is white jasmine rice with no soy sauce added). Always great service. Large bar area and plenty of seating. 2 TV"s great drink options. Handicap accessible ramp and tables. Great kids options. Large parking lot and street parking. Closed on Tuesdays. They also offer take-out service. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of table seating as well. The Eastern Pearl definitely is a wonderful place to eat. Enjoy"

"Overall quality of the food and service in this place has drastically changed for the absolute worse. My family would order from here several times a month. Recently, the quality and service has become poor at best. (After reading other reviews, it looks like a-lot of others feel the same.) We had ordered several orders of sushi and Chinese and it was cold and did not taste right. We had called and explained to them on the phone and we were told to come back since we live 5 minutes away. We arrived and were quickly berated by manager and chef. They stated all sushi is cooked and stored cold and would not give refunds or remake any food. We will never order from here again. Go somewhere else if you want better quality food and service."

"I liked the food, but I didn't think it was enough. The service is very good, for me the environment was too dark. I'll be back to try another order and sit somewhere else."
