"Do NOT see “Dr M”!!! He’s a pleasant man but a horribly untrained orthodontist. My results are a disaster. I saw him, w a cracked upper molar. He supposedly did a root canal (my first) & said it would need a crown. This started in the summer, several years ago. My visits went on forever…When I asked the rude & unprofessional “receptionist” if this could be finalized by the holidays, she quipped “but of course honey!” Didn’t happen.Dr M did a terrible cast for the crown & I was wearing a temporary thru Xmas. The final crown was NEVER RIGHT. Five yrs later, big problems began, which I live w today. He hollowed out too much of my original tooth. It is such a disaster. I am living in pain & believe that it is infected, as I am beginning to get an ear ache. Extracting this tooth/crown will show when I smile & I will prob need an implant. Huge bucks. Stay FAR away. I went on a referral, & I could not be less happy."
