"I recently took my daughter for a routine cleaning and examination. It was her first visit to this particular office and her initial experience with this dental practice. She mentioned that both the hygienist and the doctor were extremely pleasant and took the time to explain each step of the examination process. A family member accompanied her to the appointment, and I arrived after it was completed. Both the doctor and hygienist made an effort to meet me, providing a detailed overview of how the visit went. I was thoroughly impressed with the courteous treatment both my daughter and I received. The appointment was scheduled for late in the day, at five, yet the staff did not seem rushed. The office manager, Rose, who was stationed at the front desk, was very informative, making the process smooth and straightforward. I had conveniently signed all the necessary waivers online the day before. In the days leading up to the appointment, I called the dentist's office about three times. Each time, they were accommodating, not pushy, and clearly explained the range of services offered at the office. They also mentioned their other location in Shelton, which is a larger practice and includes an orthodontist on-site. My daughter is delighted with her new dentist. We are very pleased with our experience!"

"I’m surprised by all the positive reviews. The dental hygienist was great but Dr.Herman was rough and rude and that experience alone, I won’t be going back. They also attempt to take x rays every 6 months. I’ve never experienced that at any other dentist. Then when you decline they make you feel bad about it. I decided I’ll commute into Manhattan back to my old dentist for the superior care I once received."
