She was not pushy at all and gave me reasonable options for addressing the issues she found. When it came time to do the work she was tenacious about making sure everything was done to the highest standard and stayed at it until she was 100% satisfied that the work was perfect. Moreover, every other staff member treated me with utmost courtesy and professionalism. "I cannot say enough about my recent experience with Southport Family Dental. Dr. Gibson & Dr. Randall really have established a 5 star practice here! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and timely! The hygienist I had was extremely gentle- by far the least painful experience with a cleaning I have ever had! She was so nice, i was genuinely sad that i couldn’t talk with her while she was cleaning! After my cleaning I got my teeth whitened and it was an amazing experience!! I was initially very hesitant about the procedure as my teeth are very sensitive but I literally didn’t feel an ounce of pain. AND MY RESULTS ARE ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!!! I will be recommending Southport Family Dental to literally everyone I know in the area and even outside of it! 10/10 experience. Also COVID procedures were seamless. Super clean & there is even an air filtration system in every room! Make the switch to this place if you hate going to the dentist- they will change your mind about the entire experience!!!"
