"Food was not very good. The place was a little busy last night but not to the point where the food and service should be that bad. Took about 15 minutes for someone to clean a table and then another 10 minutes for someone to take our order. We wouldn't mind the wait but the food was not worth the wait. We may go back but to spend about $70 for dinner at a pizza place seemed kind of expensive"

"I usually am a frequent flyer for take out at Central Pizza, but a few weeks ago for the first time, I dined in at the bar and was absolutely blown away but how fantastic my experience was. To start, The food was phenomenal! It always is, but the deals that come with dining in are really enticing to keep coming back! I literally don’t have one complaint! My firecracker shrimp, Hermes pizza, and spartan pizza came out to the bar piping hot, and was exactly how I ordered it! The bartender, Liz, was so friendly and attentive. She Asked both me and my girlfriend our names and addressed us that way all night. It felt as though we had known her for years. The camaraderie between all the staff made it even better. Everyone we interacted with was smiling, laughing and helping one another. I know that’s how a restaurant, or any business for that matter should operate, but that’s not always the case, so it’s refreshing to see places still have fun like this. One more person I think should get some recognition, is the manager. Her name is Devon, I know this because I sought her out as I was leaving to tell her what a FANTASTIC job she does there. She walked around and talked with all the guests at the bar, probably about half a bar full, it wasn’t too busy, but still took the time to ask everyone how their food was, how their day was, etc. I’ve spoken with her on the phone a few times. The first time was because I had an issue with an order. when I called, she took the time to listen to everything I had to say, and made sure that it came back to me the way I had requested it. The driver was kind to me even though he had to come back and handed me a warm chocolate chip cookie for waiting as an added treated! Devon was kind on the phone and I felt as though she genuinely cared that I was upset. The second time was because I called to thank her for the order we had received. She not only remembered I had an issue the previous time, but she packed it herself with a little note thanking me for ordering again. It’s the little things like that that will keep me coming back. You are lucky to have her! You have an entirely great staff there, your food is to die for, and the inside of your updated place is absolutely beautiful! We will be back!!!"

"The customer service was absolutely amazing! I had an issue with one of the delivery services and had been waiting for a while for my food. I was able to contact the restaurant and they helped me problem solve and re-order through a different delivery service. The food was great as well! Thank you, this pregnant momma finally got dinner!"

"Food was pretty tasty It took a bit before we were brought menus and then had to ask for refils on drinks but in the end our waitress was great Calzones are delicious but need more filling. They are very thin My daughter raved about the tenders and the fried pickles were stellar"

Absolutely DELICIOUS we were told the wait would be 60-75 minutes and it was more like a half hour, food was hot everything was fresh absolutely over all the best pizza I have had in southbridge! Our new favorite place for pizza for sure."
