Southbridge Village Pizza

"We ordered two sandwiches to pick up they made them completely wrong when I called them and asked them to make them right and ask them to deliver them a mile away up the street to the house they refused unless I paid a delivery charge despite the fact that they're the ones that screwed up the sandwiches.. not to mention we waited 50 minutes for an order that they us would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. Just the fact that they were trying to charge us a delivery charge for their screw up I would definitely never use this pizza place because they're rude and disrespectful. When I called them to have them fix it the guy hung up on me. Completely unprofessional Do not use this pizza place Ever!!"

"I moved to southbridge recently and have been struggling to find my go to spot, as I am very picky! the pizzas crust is so fluffy and is a perfect ratio. the mozzarella sticks are amazing and not hard like others. the delivery man was really nice and even said hi to my cat:) will become a regular! (large pizza is extremely large, didn't realize and it's just for me. but it's okay i learned for next time and now I have plenty for leftover LOL)"

"Since I moved to this town, This spot has definitely been my go-to. I don't order to much since I prefer to cook homemade meals for my family but when I'm feeling lazy, ordering from here doesn't ever disappoint. Prices are decent, service is fast. Employees are usually friendly. I've tried a bit of everything. From speciality pizzas and 1-topping pizzas like pepperoni and plain cheese. Also tried wings, pasta, grinders, wraps and sides. Everything taste exactly as it should. Food doesn't comr over cooked nor undercooked. I can 100% say you won't be disappointed ordering from here. Hope this review helps more then peoples opinions on Facebook!"

"OMG! My new favorite pizza place. The absolute BEST mozzarella sticks! The Grilled Chicken Bacon ranch wrap was equally as GREAT. It took me 6 months to get there after moving to Southbridge. Not going any place else. Thank you, gentlemen!"

"DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE !!!!!! I ordered a pizza last night the delivery was fast and the delivery driver was saying how slow they were but didn’t think much of it but when I go to eat the pizza I realized it not even cooked I added pictures and that white stuff is NOT cheese it is dough I called to tell them and honestly I didn’t want a credit or money back but just wanted to take the nicer route and the manager proceeded to talk over me the whole time telling me I’m wrong and hangs up"
