"Every time i have come through, everyone i have interacted with is very helpful and has been able to help me find what i need."
"Jasmine did a wonderful job with my two goldens! They look and smell great! She was great with both pups and patient with the pup who can be a handful!"
"Great place to take your furry family to get groomed and pampered. My doggy had her nails clipped and one person clipped her nails while the other person stayed next to her and gently pet her. They are wonderful here and I highly recommend to bring your pets here if they are in need of a salon day."
"Best customer service ever. From being greeted at the door, to every staff member helping along the way. Sean in particular went above and beyond to help us make the right decision and educate us."
"Fire alarm is malfunctioning, they haven't gotten it fixed. Alarm caused the cat they have on display (Tina 11 yrs) to defecate all over the area. The manager Sean REFUSED to clean the feces, because Tina belongs to Focus on Ferals. Therefore PetSmart can not touch the cat without contacting Focus on Ferals first.. this is completely inhuman and unacceptable. They left Tina covered in her own excrement waiting for Focus to Ferals to arrive.Who hasn't answered any of pet smarts phone calls. I can't believe this is the set up. What if focus on feral cats have a medical emergencies while in the care of PetSmart? The staff just stand there and watch? Bizarre behavior."
