"The meal I ordered from here was delayed almost 2 whole hours, when I called in to ask about why it was taking so long the woman on the phone said "Its in the oven" and proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back to complain about her hanging up on me she repeatedly said that she is working multiple ovens and proceeded to act rude when I called her out on that."

"Messed up our order, then when we asked them to fix it (we literally just needed to trade out our side sauces because they gave us the WRONG ones) and the employee chick was hella rude. Maybe don’t screw up our order the first time if you don’t want to have to fix it. It seems they mess the order up 9 times out of the 10 that we order."

"I was a huge fan of D.P. dough when I was a student. The calzones are great and perfect to satisfy a late night craving. However, the prep time of the calzones can be upwards of an hour, especially at peak times (such as weekend nights), and I have had delivery take well over 1.5 hours to show up. That aside, if you order at a non-busy time it should not be as much of an issue."
