"Dentist spent maybe** 10 minutes cleaning my teeth. He didn’t floss them. I’ve never had such a terribly short and unthorough dental cleaning in my life. When I questioned the lack of even flossing he told me there wasn’t a need to. I’ve never heard that from a dentist. They also told me I had 5-7 new cavities which I had not heard anything about even remotely at my other dentist just a year before. Spend so little time on my teeth cleaning but then you want to drill holes in my teeth? Never went back."

"Just had my third visit with them and I have to say that five stars isn't enough!! If I could give them more I definitely would!! When I found them I knew I needed a lot of dental work! They thoroughly went through my options with me and we made a plan! They have gone way above and beyond to give me my smile back!!! I couldn't be happier!!! Would recommend for everyone!!! Edit; felt I needed to come back to explain how horrible things went wrong for me!! Was so happy with Dr. Nuegen but then had the unfortunate pleasure of the new dentist they hired doing four crowns! Ever since he did the crowns I've been in nothing but pain!! He really messed me up and now it's going to cost me thousands of dollars to fix what he did to me!! I'm so angry and would highly recommend not letting that young dentist ever to touch your teeth!! The only reason I'm giving them 1 star is because of Dr. Nuegen!!"

"Worst experience that I’ve ever had with any dentist office. Extremely poor manners, rude, impatient, and condescending. The entire office felt hostile and I was made to feel worse than I had upon entering. Dentist, assistant and receptionist spoke to me as if I wasn’t able to understand the English language. Began multiple explanations with “Well, In dentistry”. I get my teeth regularly cleaned at QCC in Worcester. The cleaning consists of three sessions and is extremely thorough. Only reason that I had gone to this particular office was because they accept my insurance and the college doesn’t handle fillings. Needing new fillings, I contacted this office ready to get some work done. However, everything would fall on its head upon the first visit. I got asked “why are you here” after denying a set of X-rays (I had just gotten a complete set of them done a week or two prior). After sending in all of my X-rays and then arriving for my newly scheduled appointment (had to reschedule because they couldn’t upload the files themselves), they then try and do the X-rays again. I was uncomfortable with this and unsure for their reasoning, considering they had every xray from less than a month ago on file. Explaining this to the assistant, the dentist then comes back in the room, visibly flustered. Condescending attitude starts out with “well, in dentistry, we practice comprehensive dental care. Not single tooth dentistry”. Told me that he wasn’t comfortable going forward without his own X-rays or a referral from another dentist. I then tell him that I go back to QCC Friday and could request a referral then. To which he replied with the rudest comment I had received during the whole experience: “well you can do that, but I doubt that there are any real dentists there so chances of you getting that referral don’t exist”. Essentially calling me ignorant and that it was his way or the highway. I told him that I’d be more comfortable going elsewhere and left the appointment altogether. Absolute joke of a dentist office. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else."

"I have now been to this dentist four or five times. Every time has been an enjoyable experience. They are all kind and caring. Best place I have been in my life. They are so dedicated to making such you are comfortable and you know exactly what you are getting done. Happy to answer any questions. Couldn't be happier."

"Dr. Brian is literally the best dentist to ever grace this planet. I HAD extreme dental trauma that caused panic attacks for almost two decades. I've barely ever got through xrays. 3 other offices told me it wasn't possible to save my teeth and they all needed to be pulled, no other solution. Dr. Brian told me it was possible. For the first time in almost two DECADES, I can smile. Confidently. He gave me my confidence back and I dont have words to describe that feeling. I no longer have panic attacks walking into a dentists office and look forward to appointments. Making all my family come here to see him now."
