"This place is horrible! The room had a bad scent and it was very loud. Maintenance were screaming across the hall which was not helping. I left within 20 minutes of my stay, I booked for three nights and asked for a refund for my other 2 nights and was declined. I let them know the reasons of me leaving and still nothing, very bad coming from management. I will never stay at a comfort inn ever again!"

"This hotel has a great value yes, but it’s very smoky for a non smoking hotel. The carpets are run down and the staff for the most part is good. unless it’s one of those days and seems like with the element that they draw there can be a lot of those days."

"DO NOT GO HERE!!! My husband and I were waiting on our house to close. We booked 5 days and only spent one miserable night with our 2 kids. This place needs to be demolished. It's old, smells like piss in the room, the carpet has stains, the bathroom has mold. The customer service was even worse. The manager refused to give my husband a refund for the remaining stay. Luckily we booked through a 3rd party."

"Do not stay in this hotel!!!! We booked from Dec 15 to 16th..got in the room unpacked and everything. When my husband went in the bathroom there were cockroaches! He went downstairs to front desk and told them about it. The front desk gave us a different room. We checked the other room.. the bed was filthy it was gross so we had to leave the hotel. There's no way we will stay there at all esp we have the kids with us. We asked to get a refund but they refused to do so ...... Livid and very very disappointed. I would recommend not to stay here!!!!!"

"I had to make an adjustment to my schedule and I was not able to stay at the hotel one evening after I paid. The total charge was $75. I spoke with the general manager and he was rude and inconsiderate. He basically told me that he doesn't care about customer service and he values the money made to the hotel. I recommend not staying at this hotel till they improve or provide training to the general manager. The hotel was dirty and they have stained carpets throughout the entire building. The bathrooms are old and out dated. Moreover, the general manager is careless and not customer focused. While he and I were still talking about my refund he hung up the phone "in my face". I would rather pay more to stay at a clean hotel with excellent customer service than stay at this (Comfort Inn: Wethersfield) dirty and poorly managed hotel."
