Carpanzano's Pizzeria 1200 Boston Post Road, Guilford, CT 06437

"The food is good, when you actually get it. Today's experience will be my last. We called in an order 1 large and 1 small pizza. I was told 45 minutes. I showed up about the 45 minute mark and was told it would be 8 more minutes. I stood around for 20 minutes, chatting with the other patrons (they also think the service is terrible). I was then asked what I ordered and was told it would be 8 more minutes….. crazy, right? I told them that I already heard that one and the lady walked to the back to speak to the owner. The owner looked up at me from the kitchen and just went back to work. 20 minutes later they again ask me what I ordered *eye roll*. I tell them again. The lady goes to the back and come out to tell me they lost the ticket. I then asked for a refund, which they gave. Not one apology was given. I’m done. I called Naples and 20 minutes later I had my food. Please just do yourself a favor and bypass Carpanzanos."

"I don’t know where to even start with this, I am so disgusted by the service of this place I came in to pick up my pizza, the customer service was pretty bad it took a while for the guy to acknowledge I was there. And don’t even get me started on this pizza, it was so disgusting there was carbon all over it and the pizza was burned pretty bad. Which makes me believe that you guys don’t take care of your place at all, I felt pretty bad because it made me feel like you guys didn’t care what you serve to the customers. Please don’t go to this place, The look of this pizza should speak volumes!"

"Friendly and efficient counter staff. Pre-Ordered six different pizzas: 4 regular and 2 Sicilian- all were great. Will order from here again! Great menu choices with appetizers, salads, soups, subs, wraps, entree dinners, and fresh pasta. Come on - doesn’t get better than this!"
