"I have been a Northford town resident for 25 years. I have order delivery from here many, many times. On December 10th I ordered our usual pizzas. It took 2&1/2 hours for delivery. I was told they were sorry and I would be credited the amount. I called on 1/5 to place another order and asked if there was a credit mention on my phone number. I was told No credit was issued and I lived to far away for delivery, unless I ordered $75 minimum. Absolutely unacceptable Customer Service… I am appalled they have grown so much off our local town to now care less on our business."

"My friend brought these amazingly delicious stuffed breads to my house last night. They arrived hot, HUGE & with sauce. One was steak & cheese. The other was chicken parm. I’ll be getting my breads here from now on. Absolutely FABULOUS."

"We have been ordering from here for a while but the quality of food has continuously gone down hill. Last week we got 12 buffalo wings with our pizza (about $15). The wings were HORRIBLE!! Burnt, and they tried to hide the burned wings with very little sauce. Sooo disappointed!! Spoke to the manager and he said next time we ordered he would take care of it. Reluctantly, I called to place an order and the manager said he would take $5-$10 off the order (which doesn’t even cover the price of the wings!!). I canceled the order and ordered from somewhere else. Never again. I hope your savings of $5 was worth losing a repeat customer."
