"Excellent pizza here! The maple sausage is absolutely fantastic, the crust is great, and the ingredients used are definitely fresh. The only criticism I have (but not something worth docking any points for) is that I'm not a fan of the way the pizza is cut into strips."

"Revisiting this restaurant after some time, it was a refreshingly fine experience. Expansive space, high industrial ceilings, open wood fired oven, relaxing vibe, two well made cocktails and a delicious hand tossed pizza with uncured pepperoni and Portobello mushrooms. Patrons can choose to sit in a booth by the windows that look at the traffic outside or at a table by the oven that cooks the pizzas. We chose to sit by the fire and watch the chef throw the dough in the air until it was the right size. Chatting with him about the heat of the flames while I observed where he chose to place a pizza to bake, he described to me the different temperatures in various areas. I took a short video I'll accompany with this review. Absolutely delicious. Again, Connecticut has the best pizza. To be fair, 95-97% due to the few places that don't season their sauce, are sparse on ingredients or have chewy dough. That said, throw a rock. No doubt. We win. American Flatbread has been in the Canton Shoppes if not from opening soon after. Very popular spot for families and events. Open 11:30AM seven days; Closes at 9PM Sun-Thurs 9:30PM Fri & Sat."

"I’ve stopped in here plenty while shopping & always forget to leave a review. It’s one of the restaurants that has stayed open since the shops have opened. Everything is organic, farm to table, a lot of vegetarian & vegan options. The pricing is a wee bit high, so don’t expect to go in & not spend a lot. Plenty of space, high industrial ceilings. I love that they put children’s drawings into the menus."

"As soon as we walked in we were welcomed even though we came in 30 minutes before closing time. Suzie was our waitress and she was so happy to be there. She suggested what to get and it was on point. Amazingly tasty Flatbread pizza made right in plain view. The atmosphere was amazing and the decor like no other pizza places. Definitely will be visiting again!"

"Simple ingredients, locally grown products, and chill vibes made Flatbread a delicious experience. I love the ambience of the place. The brick oven is the heart of the open kitchen. There's nothing fancy about the food, but full of flavor. You can taste the freshness and quality of the salad. And the dough of the flatbread is thin, light, and just the right amount of chewiness. We really enjoyed the food and friendly service. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking to dinner in with their family or just yourself."
