She was very eager to help and made sure I was able to pick out the perfect little guy! She showed me and taught me about what hamster would be right for me and now I am the proud owner of a little Chinese dwarf hamster named pot roast! The checkout process was swift and easy and I've never been so happy with a pet purchase before. The employees you have now are very kind and knowledgeable and I am very happy with my service! "My husband and I went in to get something for our bulldog. We decided to look at the puppies. My husband and I were upset on how the puppies are in these plastic holders. Sad. One puppy looked to have an infected eye that needed to be cleaned. It was oozing. When we said something to the girl working about his eye her reply was it's fine. Derby needs to hire caring employees. I really think they could come up with better housing for them. They didn't even have anything to lay on."
