"I am so pleased with ny experience at Dr Dental East Haven! All of the staff were very helpful and friendly and sincerely cared. I had a hard time finding somewhere to do an emergency extraction right before the holiday. They took me in next day and were able to do the Xray and procedure quickly during my appointment. Dr Maldonado was very good! He explained everything so well and honestly made me feel super comfortable during whats typically a not so pleasant procedure."

"I waited for couple months for my appointment Canceled my appointment a day before on 10/3. I tried to reschedule it they had no apt. Till 11/15. I was very upset bcz they asked me to pay old bill that supposed to be covered by my insurance on top of that another 1 and half month wait for cleaning. After lot of effort they took me in for cleaning and made me pay bill before cleaning. They didn't clean my teeth instead took x-rays and asked me to come again for deep cleaning est. Of $2100. They were keep denying my insurance doesn't work. I sent them my coverage info still they couldn't reach out to my insurance. When i said ill pay out of pocket suddenly appointment popped up in 5 days. I called my insurance and talked about whole situation. Sent them all transactions and my insurance reimbursed me. I didn't get paid to do their job. Wasted my time and energy. The treatment plan they gave me 1 of my teeth is missing on it. Treatment plan was also incorrect. I went to different dentist. They suggested me I don't need any deep cleaning."
