"Dr Constant is an amazing doctor - very pacient and professional. Went in for tooth pain, got x-rays, a cleaning, and a referral. The dental assistant, I forget her name, Caroline maybe? She's very good too. The receptionist, Heidi, she is very good as well. I was hesitant at first, for choosing Dr Dental, after I reading the reviews. But this is not same for all cases. "This location isn't even here anymore. It's a dry cleaner now. You know who didn't know this place was closed? My 92 year old patient who got dentures here, zero further adjustment appointments. He showed up and found "dri cleaners." He can't eat because his dentures cause him pain. How many other patients have been ghosted by you guys? You'd think there would have been some notification sent to patients to let them know of the closure, that would be the courteous thing to do. And to have a phone number and review page saying you're still open is very deceiving."

"I was told I have good insurance that will cover what I needed to be done. Insurance = $2,000 ~ by the time I was done it ended up costing about $5000 . She put a bridge in the upper right of my mouth and matched the color of what I needed. When I received it, it was very white and did not match at all. Half of my teeth are white and the other half are not white… This is very upsetting that I will not ever go back there …"

"it was my first time back at the dentist in 4 years- the last time was at the same location and saw a different dentist who said I had two cavities- they were never filled. I was just in for a cleaning and check up. Receptionist even had me come in an hour early. The girl who took my x rays was very kind and eased my anxiety. However My "cleaning" with the doctor was only 2 minutes long- they didn’t even have a hygienist to scrape and actually clean my teeth. They just brushed them for a minute or two, had me rinse, and gave me a 1400.00 quote for a “deep clean.” Which was what I was there for. No cavities though. Even though last time their dentist said I had a four and only filled two. Something is very wrong here. I feel like I was swindled and screwed out of my time. Even worse, I feel they are gambling with peoples health. Stay away. I was told by the receptionist that my insurance won't cover the 1400.00 deep clean despite them having not even checked with my insurance. She said it's because insurance assumes I'm a responsible adult who takes care of his teeth which felt like a slight personal jab. I’m very disappointed in the service I received."
