Laura from reception does not know what she’s talking about and I was given wrong information that ended up causing me to have a surprise nearly $500 bill for a simple cleaning exam with x-rays, which I never would had accepted had I known my insurance wasn’t taken here. Laura told me this office took my insurance, and it wasn’t until everything was already done and I was checking out when I found out that was incorrect. I did my part and checked ahead of time, only to find out that I was given false information and now am stuck with this bill that could have been completely avoided had I been informed correctly from the start."
