"Dear Hotel MKT Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your Mount Kisco location, and I wanted to express my gratitude for a delightful experience. The room was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I must commend your front staff for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond, especially when I needed a late check-out due to canceled flights at Westchester Airport. Their friendly and accommodating approach made a significant difference during a challenging situation. The onsite restaurant exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the chef for the delicious meals, and a special shout-out to the breakfast hostess for her warm and welcoming energy – exactly what one needs to start the day on a positive note. Thank you for providing a memorable stay. I look forward to the opportunity to visit again in the future. Best regards, Joshua Chappell"
"The lobby is pretty nice as was the staff. On the way to my room, I became concerned that I didn't pick a hotel, but rather a shelter. The corridor and the rooms are pretty tired, and desperately in need of a refresh, though this is not uncommon with hotels of this price lately. What was concerning were the number of room doors which look like they were busted down. I passed at least 4 rooms with busted up doors, 2 of which I have provided photos for. The other 2 rooms seemed unlocked and abandoned. I did not feel safe or comfortable. Compounding things, my door's deadbolt wouldn't lock. On the bright side, the room was pretty clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, the electric outlet in the lamp, which is usually used for a cell phone didnt work, so I awoke in the morning with a phone that was nearly dead. Hopefully, the owners put some money into repairing the hotel, it could be a nice place."
"Nice quaint hotel in Mt. Kisco, New York. It’s the only hotel in the area. It used to be a Holiday Inn, so a lot of the locals refer to it as a Holiday Inn. It was taken over by Hilton not long ago. Definitely needs a renovation, but the rooms are clean. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful."
"Where do I begin?? I was stuck upstate due to the flooding and found this out of the way place. They charged me $258 for the night. Staff was friendly but that's about it. The hotel is old and run down. Shower head was about 5.5 feet high, ceiling tiles moldy and sagging. The hallway was so dark and red it looked right out of the Shining!! Bed was rock hard and very loud springs"
"Firstly, Ashley at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful from check in until our last night. Sean the manager was excellent! He was very professional and accomodating. Our first day, we found that the room was very clean but the drain in the tub had rust. It was simply outdated and needed to be replaced. I loathe to complain especially when the staff is so polite and welcoming. Nonetheless, my family and I suffer from allergies and rust is a trigger. At the time my mother also got a cut on her foot and was worried it could get infected with the rust. Fortunately, Sean was very concerned and offered us to choose from two other rooms. The second was also clean but again rust on the tub. I appreciate Sean’s persistence and finnaly the third room had an updated drain with no rust. The furniture was in good condition and the beds were very comfortable! The soaps and shampoos were from Bath & Body Works, which was a nice bonus. The maintenance and cleaning staff seemed very concerned and were also very accomidating during our stay. Nora was especially sweet and eager to make our stay comfortable. We could see all staff consistently working to keep the hotel clean and guests comfortable. The lounge furniture by the pool side was very nice and inviting. The pool was also clean with adequate bleach to disinfect any germs. It was good but then there were dead flies everywhere when we actually tried to swim in it. It was cloudy and early evening when we got into the pool both days, so maybe there were more flies and mosquitos than usual. The lifeguards on duty were both polite and professional. They seemed young but very attentive to make sure the pool was safe. Again, just wish someone was there or we had access to a net to clean the flies out. In addition the pool itself needed maintenance- the paint and lining were peeling off. I really do hope corporate will invest in updating the showers and pool in this hotel because the staff is amazing and doing all they can to maintain a quality hotel- specially one affiliated with Hilton."
