"Dec 26 4:30 - 5:30 IF THEY WONT TAKE A RETURN CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought my wife, a Dyson vacuum that was on sale, and when she opened it for Christmas it was defective out of the box. I called target customer service to verify that the item could be exchanged and they told me they still have them in stock at the store. When I went to return the vacuum, the guy who is dropping the N-word to his coworker, called a level five supervisor to make sure that I could exchange and repurchase the vacuum for the same sale price. The level five manager said absolutely not, and that they would not honor the sale price that ended two days ago. At this point, I had had enough and called the customer service once again . They wanted me to go back in the store and put them on the phone with the manager and have them answer why they wouldn’t honor a sale price that ended two days ago for a vacuum that was defective out of the box. The second time I walked in the store to exchange the vacuum, it was an entirely different, and that level five manager was nowhere to be seen. Another manager helped me buy it for the same sale price. Once I told him that somebody from target customer Service was on the phone and wanted to speak to an employee at the store regarding my issue. Entire process was nothing short of a headache, and the icing on the cake was that the vacuum was still listed on the shelf as the same exact sale price at which I bought it for. I will never be shopping at this target again, and whilst I was waiting to get my vacuum unhooked from the wall, I overheard another customer saying that she was not able to return $80 worth of items for the same exact reason.shame on target and shame on that “level five” female manager"

"Tonight 12/23/2023 I placed an order to be picked up via drive up. However after sitting in the spot for 10 minutes an associate came out with another customers order and my wife asked about our order and the associate told my wife and myself that she saw that order being handed to someone else at the pick up inside. The associate brought out the “security manager” that was on duty and he started to say that maybe we had shared our log in info with someone basically putting the blame on us. After going back and forth with said “security manager” and him saying that he would be on all night until closing would have to do an investigation and review footage which could take up to 5 days. We told him that we would be back in a half hour. We came back about an hour and a half later to find out that he had to leave due to an “emergency”. The associate that had told is about my order earlier told my wife another security guard and myself that my order had been under another name with my name as the pickup person, however by the time we had gotten back that name disappeared from my order completely. At that point even the other security guard agreed that it was very suspicious that said “manager” had to leave for said “emergency”. At no point were we even offered a substitution or refund for my stolen items that they handed over. I have been coming to this target in mount kisco at 195 N Bedford Rd Mount Kisco, NY 10549 since the day it opened and this is the first time I can honestly say that once I receive my items and refund I will no longer be going to this target in mount kisco, ny"

"I love Target but this Target leaves a lot to be desired. They never have anything in stock especially in the home decor section. Especially frustrating because online it says the item is in stock then you go there and it’s not. Also it’s located in what I would call an affluent area you’d think the employees would be nicer yet they all seem tired annoyed and uninterested in helping you find anything or answering questions! I’m not going back there."

"This is by far the worst location I have ever been in my life, I came to buy a coffee machine based on the fact that this is one of the location that have it in stock.. My friends got the same i coffee machine this morning., it had a big discount if you buy it online and pick it up in different location, I try to speak to the manager to see if there is anything that they can do to help me they give me the one 800 number that doesn’t work. Ignore me, I had to drive 50 minutes in traffic to go to another location to buy the same products. You better check this location it’s awful."

"This location has major flaws in its cleanliness, leadership, security, and unstable prices. I constantly have to watch the screen at checkout because the sale prices for items are often cheaper on the shelf or online than the actual price upfront. The store is almost always crowded. At night forget about it, there is usually only 1 or 2 cashiers and several of their employees standing around the self checkouts talking. And not to mention the DISGUSTING bathrooms! Sometimes its smells so bad that you don't want to use it, with waste and toilet paper sometimes all over the toilets, stalls and floor. This is a safety concern! Half of the time there is no security guard to ensure the safety of us customers. Terrible customer service. I have had a situation at self checkout where I tried to remove an item and was met with a rude attitude from a man with glasses Chris. The store has a Pizza Hut sitting around that goes unused...so many problems with this location. Do better, Target!"
