"How is it that no one has experienced bad customer service? My husband was referred there by another dentist office since they do not perform implants at their office. When we called either the phone call was rudely handled or they weren’t sure who said what and I found myself explaining the nature of the phone call repeatedly. Each call was within 2-3 days from the other, along with formally introducing myself and following directions to send in an application. There apparently is no tracking system to locate a patient. Sbut you have never experienced an implant or any major dental procedure the last thing you want is to call up in a friendly manner only to get sidelined. My experience has been extremely uncomfortable and concerning. The best part is someone asking you rhetorical/condescending questions when they are supposed to be guiding you. Perhaps if they hired people that cared about their job they would have had two new patients (my husband and myself). I’m guessing they have a lot of customers due to their location because it’s not due to their organization. Perhaps they are paying people or asking their friends to google review. They don’t deserve one star due to the alarming nature prior to actually becoming a patient, relative to the services they are providing. 1/24: I am responding to your message. Wasting a customers time has nothing to do with HIPAA laws which are 1. Privacy of health information 2. Security of electronic records, 3. Administrative simplification, and insurance portability. Please stop responding to good people this way and take the time to genuinely respond to their concerns. Thank you."

"Had a wonderful time with the procedure. The nurse was very helpful at taking my mind off of the procedure and was incredibly caring. The procedure went off without a hitch and recovery was swift! Dr. Lee did a fantastic job!"

Dr Lee was recommended by my dentist for the surgery. Although the basic surgery was skillful and uneventful, it was Dr Lee’s decisive and caring follow through after surgery that gained my confidence and trust in him. "In today's fast paced, time crunch world from start to finish the experience was prompt, efficient and polite. Appointments on Saturdays, explained dental discount plans to save us money since we had no insurance and refunded money since procedure did not require as much sedation as expected. They could of kept the money and we would never know but they refunded $200+. Four wisdom teeth removed and explained it all well."
