While I do offer general physiotherapy services, the majority of my work revolves around pelvic health. I firmly believe in taking a holistic approach to remove barriers, improve well-being, and empower individuals with the skills and knowledge they need to be their best selves.

Our friendly receptionist, Katrina, is available on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday to assist with bookings and answer any inquiries.

In addition to my clinical work, I have presented to local community groups and medical professional organizations, conducted workshops, and even presented at national conferences. In addition to our general services, we also offer specialized workshops and assessments for mamas-to-be and new mothers. Our Mama Care Workshops and Pregnancy & Postnatal Assessments, including our unique BABE assessments (Body After Baby Evaluations), can be done from 20 weeks of pregnancy onwards.
