"This is the kind of finish Platinum homes thinks is acceptable. This photo is under the bench in our scullery and one of the many issues. But according to them “you can’t see it so it doesn’t matter”. Not only that but when issues have been brought up, time and time again they don’t respond or offer no resolution. Terrible experience throughout the whole project and a year on, issues are still not resolved."

Their building quality is abysmal. If you speak with anyone who has constructed a home with Platinum in the past 3 years, I guarantee you'll hear comparable accounts."
