Welcome to Royston Health & Fitness Centre, located at 42 Percival Road in Hastings, New Zealand. Our establishment is not just your average gym, but a hub for health and wellness in the community.

Royston Health & Fitness Centre is proud to be a part of the Hawke's Bay Community Fitness Centre Trust, a charitable organization dedicated to improving the lives of New Zealanders. Our mission is to help individuals live longer and healthier lives by providing world-class sport and health facilities, services, research, and education.

At our centre, we believe in the importance of starting healthy habits early. That's why we offer programs designed to instill healthy lifestyle habits in school children. We also understand the significance of maintaining strength and balance as we age, which is why we provide strength and balance training for older adults.

Located at Mitre 10 Park, our facility, known as the EIT Institute of Sport & Health, is a multi-purpose space that allows us to deliver our health programs. It is also a center for the entire community to exercise and improve their overall well-being.

Our experienced team designs programs that cater to athletes of all levels and ages. Whether you're an adolescent novice or a seasoned pro, we have tailored programs to suit your specific needs. We aim to support athletes in reaching their full potential by providing top-notch training and resources.

Royston Health & Fitness Centre offers a wide range of services, including community health and fitness programs, athlete development, and high-performance sports training. All of these services are conveniently available under one roof, making it easy for our members to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Our ultimate goal is to improve the health of everyone in Hawke's Bay while nurturing and developing future Olympians right here in our own backyard. We are committed to making a positive impact on the community and helping individuals lead happier, healthier lives.
