She made multiple offhand comments, insinuating that I couldn’t afford to buy the sunglasses and made it seem like it was a hassle to serve me. The younger girls working there were lovely and I’m sorry that they missed out on the sale. Will never be coming back here and would recommend avoiding the racist old woman!"
"Very pleasant online shopping experience! I ordered some sunglasses online that were unfortunately out of stock. The Spex team were quick to let me know, even providing me with alternative options. In the end I chose to stick with my original order to which they gave me an ETA (which was accurate!) as they had to be shipped from their supplier. Once my package arrived it was wrapped very nicely and even included lens cleaner and a handwritten thank you note! I always appreciate it when businesses focus on the small details - it makes the whole shopping experience that much better. Thanks Spex team!"
