"Not what I had asked for. No care taken with me, got burnt by hair straightener, not thinned out like I had asked for. Even worse, had one of the other hairdressers say that the style i had gotten didn't suit me. I felt ugly when I walked out, instead of feeling good how you should when coming out of a hairdresser. Will never ever go there again, and certainly never recommend to anyone"
