"The care given by the team can not be beaten. However their financial services or lack leave much to be desired. I had an account that was late & referred to debt collection, I was not aware the account existed but paid immediately to the business. I then received another demand from the debt collector which I paid directly & then contacted the business to investigate. They agreed that I had settled the account twice, after I had requested a number of times for the situation to be looked into. They refused to refund me the overpayment, insisting that I use it as a credit towards future services. They also refused to acknowledge any fault on their behalf."
