He listened to what I wanted, understood my financial issues, and directed me to the perfect bed. He was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was delivered FREE (who does that these days??) and when he said it would. The prices were lower that I had seen anywhere else, so I was also able to purchase a new pillow and cool-gel underblanket.
